Prepare all kinds of statistical reports; manage all internal and external data requests for HR data as requested by HR management team. Submit all reports to appropriate state agencies in a timely manner.
Prepare different types of reports on personnel turnover, analytical charts on personnel movevement as requested by HR management team.
Verify sick leaves certificates in accordance with timesheets data.
Work closely with Payroll Accountant on all issues related to payment to employees (timesheets submission, orders submission on vacations and other types of leaves).
Accept requests on employees' medical insurance, life insurance and work closely with providers on resolving issues with medical and life insurance (when needed).
Prepare all necessary documents to turnover to state archive as per legislative requirements.
Explain provisions and regulations of the Russian labor legislation to the employees when necessary.
Take all measures to ensure integrity and protection of personal data of the Company employees.
Coordinate expatriates' mobilization and On Boarding when and as required.
Coordinate the process of obtaining work permits and work visas for expatriate personnel with appropriate state authorities, agencies and specialists within the Company.
Cover for other HR Admin Team members during vacation/leave of absence as directed by management.
Accomplish various tasks as requested by HR management team.
Should have 5-7 years of HR experience in international companies and/or projects.
Good knowledge of the Russian Labor Code.
Higher professional education - University degree in any of HR, economics, finance, or law preferred.
Good administration skills. Accuracy in working with personal and confidential information.
Good planning and organizing skills.
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office and 1C database – advanced user, western ERP systems - preferred.
Russian – excellent, English – advanced level.
Strong interpersonal skills – show respect to others, be able to clearly and patiently explain HR
processes and procedures to Company employees at various organizational levels both in writing and verbally.
