He has a degree in economics.
He has been working in the recruitment industry since 1997. Since 2000, he has specialized in recruiting for the oil and gas industry.
At Cornerstone, Vladislav joined as the Head of the Oil and Gas Department. He later expanded his expertise to include chemistry and petrochemicals, engineering, and other industries. Currently, he leads the largest and most influential department, the Industry Department. He manages the entire operational activities of the company.
Vladislav regularly publishes in the media, conducts professional HR trainings, participates and speaks at specialized events. Current member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers — SPE, member of the Expert Council of the Association of Personnel Selection Consultants.
In 2011 and 2012, he was ranked among the best recruitment consultants by HR Management magazine.
In 2025, he completed Postgraduate studies at the Academy of Labor and Social Relations. The topic of my dissertation is "Features of Labor Migration in Modern Russia".
