She has a higher technical education, graduated from the Higher School of Economics with a degree in Management, completed an Executive MBA in Strategic Management, and studied at Wolverhampton University (UK). She is a certified personnel assessment consultant (Hogan, Ontarget, PDA).

Since 1995, she has been the head of a recruitment agency in Nizhny Novgorod. In 2000, she became the head of the Pharmaceuticals department at a Moscow-based agency.

In 2002, Olga joined Cornerstone. Since 2003, she has been the head of the Pharmaceuticals and Real Estate and Construction departments. In 2010, she became a partner in the company. Currently, she manages the company's development process and is responsible for client relations.

Olga regularly contributes to the media and participates in specialized events as a guest expert.

In 2004, she was recognized as one of the top ten most professional executive search consultants in Russia.
