She graduated from the Moscow Academy of Business Administration with a specialization in marketing.

Oksana has experience in managing sales to large corporate clients in the food and agriculture segment.

She has selected personnel for projects and repeatedly formed cohesive teams that achieved their goals. Innovation, creativity, critical thinking, and responsibility are the qualities that help Oksana solve the most complex tasks.

At Cornerstone, Oksana headed the Agro practice, which is engaged in the selection of management personnel for the agricultural and food industries. She leads projects on the search for personnel of various functions - marketing, sales, logistics, procurement, production. She leads the team of practice consultants, actively attends specialized events, professional exhibitions.
