He graduated with a degree in International Relations from RUDN University.

He worked in the State Duma of the Russian Federation, developing a cybersecurity strategy for the relevant committee.

At Cornerstone, Maxim led the Information and Digital Technologies department, which focuses on recruiting top managers for digital and IT projects. He manages HR projects in Russia, Europe, and North America.

Maxim regularly contributes to the media and participates in relevant events.
