He graduated from RUDN University.

Since 1999, he has worked in international consulting companies. Since 2006, he has specialized in personnel recruitment.

At Cornerstone, Kirill has been heading the Real Estate and Construction Department since 2010, which focuses on recruiting senior executives in the real estate and construction sectors and building successful teams for the development business.
